Part 3 of my formula popsicles is here! I did not forget, I just got a little busy with the NPKUA conference and coming back and getting adjusted to going back to work. But this is part 3 and the final part of the formula popsicle series. These popsicles are made using Nutricia’s Phenylade Essential unflavored formula. I made 5 different fruit popsicles so you would have some options if there are certain fruits that you prefer over others.

The 5 flavors I made are piña colada, strawberry banana, mixed berries, raspberry, and mango. I used canned pineapple and frozen mango, but all the other fruits I used were fresh. You can absolutely use fresh pineapple and mango as well. For the piña colada, I also added some coconut shreds to create that delicious piña colada flavor. For the mixed berries popsicle, I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. I did use the unflavored formula for all of these popsicles, but I think you could also get away with the strawberry flavored one for the strawberry banana, and maybe even the mixed berries popsicle. If you want to make a full tray of one flavor that is listed here, just multiple the recipe by 5 to get a full tray of 10 popsicles.

If you haven’t seen my other popsicle recipes, I created Neapolitan Popsicles and Orange Creamsicles using Nutricia’s Phenylade Essential formulas. This is my final popsicle recipe for this series, but just to give some other ideas: you can also try made fudgesicles using the chocolate flavor formula, a vanilla bean popsicle with the vanilla flavor, and you can also mix and match any of your favorite fruit combos like strawberry kiwi or lemon pops. Popsicles are just a fun recipe to make, especially in the summer, and it's a creative way to use your formula as well.

Are there any popsicle recipes you would like me to create in the future? Or if you want me to create any other recipes using formula please let me know!
